Order Cancellations
Due to the high volume of orders and inquiries we receive, we're unable to make changes to orders after they have been received, nor do we cancel orders or issue refunds. We are a very small team and the vast majority of our time goes into fulfilling orders. We kindly suggest that you choose your product carefully before confirming your order or contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Our watch straps & each and every products are bespoke and made to order to your specifications. They involve a process with over 50 steps and several hours of meticulous handcrafting. Because of the bespoke nature of all our leather goods, delays with packages clearing customs, and the added expense of shipping orders internationally back and forth, all sales on all products are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend any details, cancel, or process refunds. While it may seem easy to update an order, placing one triggers a chain of events related to the crafting and shipping of your items. Our customer service team works remotely and is not in frequent direct contact with our craftspeople, so change requests will likely not reach us in time. Our products are custom-made to your specifications, and our crafting team starts work almost immediately. Once we begin making your strap, we cannot start again without wasting materials and resources. All sales are final.
However, if there's any fault in any product from our end, we will happily send you a new same product with free shipping an you don't need to return that order. Your satisfaction is our first priority.
